So far I have not tried it. I did have to go back and do an exchange as my salesman forgot that apple changed the charging port on my model I pad. Not really a big deal except the other adapter would not work. I don't have an opinion on how it works at this time.

I found its only good for carry it in your bag otherwise there are much cheaper and with more ports in Market. had to return it because wife did not want it.
