Posted .Depending on your device, it will have to support "DisplayPort Alt Mode" for video out via HDMI, since that port as well as the others are Plug n Play, no drivers needed. Nothings but problems on multiple phones and computers with disconnecting and overheating. Started falling apart in the first few weeks of having it. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Frustrated and disappointed

I specifically called ahead and asked the person if you had the item I wanted. The guy said yes, in stock at the store. I drove around 30 miles and tons of traffic to get there just to find out you didn’t even carry the item I called about! A female employee then told me “you can’t trust what the phone people tell you bc they work at call centers “!! So I will not ever call again.

Will not charge device

I don't expect them to be able to answer every single question, but if you're going to answer, know the answer. Very frustrating. This accessory serves no purpose if it can't supply charging power to the device it's connected to. Should have gotten the Samsung Multi-Port Hub instead.
