Pretty much like it wasnt even charging my phone while it was being used. I'll stick screen mirroring instead of using this product

If you had the charger connected to the JCA379 and it was not charging, this could be due to you needing a higher wattage power adapter. The JCA379 is capable of supporting up to 60 watts of pass through charging; if you wish to obtain more information as to what could have caused this, please reach out to our support team printed on the casing and a rep will be more than happy to help.

doesnt work with macbook

Although the JCA379 is a PnP model and no software installation is required, we would recommend contacting the support team again and seeking alternatives. This is not good quality. Only works when it wants. Couldnt return because I opened the package after the return by date. Ive used maybe 3 times.

Not a good option

Does Not work for MacBook Pro

When it did not work, I was told that I should never have been sold it. It was passed 30 days before I used it and was out of luck for replacement.

Flimsy - Broke within 2 weeks

Don't waste your money.

Posted .Device allows you to add an additional USB 3.0, HDMI monitor, and USB-C that can be charged through your USB-C port. Check on any available updates for your computer such as Bios, chipset, etc..

The JCA379 requires a feature called Display Port Alternate Mode to work. Not all USB-C ports have this feature, you will need to check your device’s manufacturer specifications. I regret to hear that you had to return the adapter.
