Posted .Roland, depending on the device you are attempting to use the JCA379 with, it may or may not work. The JCA379 being a plug-and-play requires that your tablet, phone or computer support video output & pass through charging via USB-C; if the device you are using does not support such capabilities, the JCA379 will not output video or support pass through charging. This could be due to your tablet not supporting video output via USB-C and in such cases, we would recommend the JUA165C instead.
