Posted .The USB-C Triple Display Docking Station works while the Dock is connected to a computer. The USB-C power-in port on the Dock allows additional power to the USB ports if using a high-powered USB device. It will also allow pass-through charge if a computer supports USB Power Delivery 2.0 or 3.0 features. The JCD543P includes the Power Adapter or you can use your own USB-C power adapter.
Ports Galore, just not for USBC Monitors

This docking station is feature-rich in the fact that it allows your laptop to transform into a full workstation. I have had ZERO issues since I purchased this and ZERO complaints. Love It!

I was able to use it with my Lenovo Yoga without any issues. The only problem is you have to download the video drivers ahead of time which can be a pain. I was able to install my two 2 HDMI monitors and they look great.

This was the first that could after trying several others that were supposed to.

Need extra power supply to run 3 monitors

Has plenty of inputs and different connectors for 3 monitors however down side is that you need to buy extra power adapter that’s 60 dollars to run 3 monitor setup.

Posted .A computer must support DisplayPort Alt Mode and USB Power Delivery 2.0 or 3.0. A driver is also required for the VGA, Mic and stand alone HDMI port. Drivers are available on j5create website under the Support tab . Thank you.

Ethernet port to C does not work

If the Ethernet port on your docking station is not working there may be an issue with the driver. Simply uninstalling and reinstalling the driver may resolve the issue. It works great if you only want to connect one monitor. I had to buy a different one to connect more than one monitor.

Posted .This device requires a computer to support "DisplayPort Alt Mode" for video out via PnP port. Please refer to the manufacturer of your hardware for more information on your device.
