Highly recommend if you own a Mac Book / Mac Book Pro. I currently own a Mac Book Pro for school and this Triple Display Doc comes in very handy!

great for several monitors and charging capabilities

Be cautious. First, my PC wouldn’t recognize the device so after some research I went to download the software for it and it still wouldn’t work. I tried setting it on my Mac and it did the same thing. I saw it got a lot of decent reviews but the product failed to work for both my work and personal set ups.

Bought this Dec 2021. Now only 7 months later, one of the two HDMI ports has taken a crap and no more dual monitors for my home office. Disappointed this didn’t last longer. Now I need to buy HDMI to DP converter to see if that resolves it. Otherwise, I’ll trash this dock and buy a new one. Also, USB-C cable to laptop is way too short.

This docking station works well for my home office. It has everything I need to plug in two monitors and printer.

This device worked with Windows 11 while the system was active, but caused big problems once the system went to sleep. When returning to the computer each morning, it was usually to a locked up Explorer app, which I had to restart in Task Manager. It also kept reverting the desktop color to black. It took me weeks to figure out that this device was at fault. Once I stopped using it, everything runs perfectly.

I’ve been using this docking station for two years now with daily use of my laptop and really Love it !!

Requires - sometimes - with two monitors plugged in - to be unplugged and replugged into the laptop on reboot to recognize second monitor.

It seemed like it would be great; however, trying to use an external hard drive with it proved to be impossible. The power output is not strong enough to power the laptop’s battery, and provide power to any peripheral devices. Save your money

The j5create USB-C Triple Display Docking Station Model: JCD 543 has been a complete waste of money, time, and patience. This device (although I can't prove it) as crashed one of my portable storage drives. It fails to properly recognize other compatible devices connected to its USB 3.0 ports. The one device it "did" recognize (Microsoft Wireless Mobile Mouse 3500) no longer works when connected to the docking station port. I am frustrated! Not only at your product, but myself for settling and putting up with the docking station's atrocious defects for so long. One by one, ports stopped working and external devices had to be connected directly to my laptop, essentially nullifying its purpose. It's possible I simply received a bad apple from the batch; however, for a $100+ product, I would not encourage anyone to take the risk. With that said, I have one question with two parts. Can the defects be corrected or can I receive a refund?

Love the fact that i dont have all these crazy wire and attachments spread out along my desk. This is such a huge blessing

Works great. Easy to setup. I have two monitors, my lap top and a line to charge my cell phone all working. Yeah!

i bought this for my wife for work, when opening it, only then does it tell you that you need to download a driver to make it work. no where on the box does it say that you would need to do this. so i thought w/e lets try it. yeah , no.. nothing worked and i couldnt download the driver because the laptop she uses for work is owned by her company and doesnt allow for downloads..

Budget minded individuals can increase the versatility of their computer and peripherals with this docking station. Very satisfied.

Didnt get a chance to use it as it did not work with my HP laptop.

When you open the box you immediately see requests to NOT RETURN TO THE STORE. But to call them for Tech help. Sure enough, it didn't work. I tried it on my two different set-ups, one for my new HP Laptop, the other for my MacBook Pro - didn't work for either. I called for Tech Help, they said that my new HP has an issue with USB-C and I needed to download updates. I asked why this product did not come with a Power Cord, as with no Power Cord, my Laptop nor other connected devices would not stay charged, they stated that I could buy a Power Cord separately for ANOTHER $40!!!! I downloaded HP USB-C updates and it STILL DIDN'T WORK! Probably needs the Power Cord that doesn't come with it, but I was not going to let them Gig me for another $40! Also, I wasted far too much time and effort trying to get this to work so I simply returned the item to Best Buy for a full refund! Also, keep in mind, it says it is good for dual monitors yet only has a single Display Port, so you would have to use a VGA or other cable for the other display, thus not really good for dual displays! I bought a Kingston instead, from Amazon, which cost more, but has Triple Display Ports, plus a solid Power Cord and worked perfectly the first time! I couldn't be happier with my Kingston!

First they should insist you purchase the power supply, not just list it as an option. It worked for three weeks, now my laptop attached to a monitor blinks on and off so many times that I disconnected it completely. If I hadn't thrown away the box I would be returning it.
