Posted .Proper functionality entails downloading and installing a driver on a Windows or Mac platform. Depending on the OS you have, different instructions apply. I plugged in a Gopro and Iphone and gave an error message that is not enough power. Keep in mind I have the power adapter plugged directly into the device. I installed lasted Mac driver still the same issue. Keep searching it has to be a better option for the money.

Posted .Greetings Odot, depends on what model IPhone you have but they require a 5-20 watt for continuous charge. The GoPro may need more power by directly connecting to a computer with a USB port embedded. The power adapter is good to get a pass through charge to your computer but may not provide enough power to all the ports on the JCD543 from your computer. I recommend calling in so an agent can help troubleshoot and understand more on the experience you are having with our unit. Sincerely, j5create.

Posted .Hello, if possible, please switch with another video cable with both sides fitted tightly to the ports. Also check to see if graphic card driver has any updates on your computer and any other available updates through the manufactures website (Computer brand). Thank you for your review, BrandyWilliams.

Doesn’t work with Lenovo Windows 11 Yoga

Went to their website and downloaded drivers and it still didn’t work. Chatted back and forth with support and it’s still not working. Chalked it up to a waste of time.

Very much considering a return
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I just bought this today and plugged both monitors into the HDMI ports. Worked fine initially. The next time I came back to the PC, one of the HDMI ports would not work. And I know it is the port because I switched the plugs, and the screen that wouldn't work came on, and the other screen that had been working went dark. I will probably be returning this and getting a refund. Not worth the money. Not even close.
