Posted .Misinformation can be inconvenient, we understand; the JCD543 has two models where one includes a power supply and the other does not. Although the power adapter will charge the computer, it is not necessary for proper functionality; we apologize for any issues this caused. Feel free to contact the support team on the packaging for questions, concerns, warranty information and a representative will be happy to assist.

Posted .The JCD543 does not come with a power adapter. The JCD543P, however, does come with a power adapter. JUP2290 100W PD USB-C Super Charger, can also be purchased separately and goes with the JCD543 USB-C Triple Display Docking Station. This device requires an installation of a driver, as well as a feature called DisplayPort Alt Mode and USB Power Delivery 2.0 or 3.0. Those features must be supported by a computer. Please refer to the manufacturer of your hardware for more information on your device. Thank you.

Not a long term solution

I now have to go in about once a month and bend down the prongs to make a working connection. And these are connections that never get unplugged, specifically my external keyboard and my WACOM tablet.

Started off good

It was fine at first but then after about a month, my second monitor will freeze and I'll have to disconnect and reconnect the docking station. Now today after 2 months, the USB ports for my mouse and keyboard stopped working.
