Drops connection constantly, have to unplug and plug back in to reset to begin working again. Best Buy refused to return item, after 15days even though it took me longer then 15days to diagnose the problem. Since only used this once a week... only 2 uses total.... DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Randomly stops working.

No gaming, just text with occasional videos. It randomly stops working. I have to unplug it from the laptop and then plug it back in for it to continue. Then all the items that were opened end up stacked on the laptop screen and I have to move them to the screens I had them on.

My first device had a damaged port. My second device was not recognized by Windows. Multiple trips to Best Buy and was very pleased with their customer service.

Posted .Hello, unfortunately, any devices that requires a driver will not be compatible with M1 chip computers until we have a driver for those Architecture Platforms. Difficult to use - DOES NOT COME WITH POWER CORD

If you connect your laptop to this device, have two monitors connected and you close your laptop to work on the monitors, every time the computes goes to sleep, you have to re open the laptop to enable the device. Posted .Hello Moises, we're sorry the Docking Station is not working properly. There may be couple settings that will have to be changed when laptop is closed. The JCD543, unfortunately does not come with a Power adapter. However, the JUP2290 will be the device that goes with it or JCD543P (with power cord). Without those features, the HDMI or DP will not work. The VGA and stand alone HDMI ports require an installation of a driver for proper functionality. If you're needing more power than that, there is a version of this device sold at Best Buy that comes with the power adapter included, or it can be purchased separately, also available at Best Buy. Waste of Money

It definitely was not worth the money and I wish I had returned it. For some reason my wireless mouse and keyboard (Logitech) will just stop working when plugged into the docking station. I had owned a smaller J5create that worked wonderfully, but this one is a dude. Stay away!

Hdmi port not working

I tried to troubleshoot, changed the hdmi cable, tried to connect with other working screen but keep on saying no hdmi signal. Very disappointing.

Posted .If it's the HDMI port under the word "OR", please make sure your computer is up to date, such as Bios, drivers, software etc. That HDMI port is PnP and works off your computers hardware. Piece of crap

So, I tried to exchange it but the return policy was only for 14 days. So now I am out $100 for a multiple port piece of junk. But I also have a new monitor $200 that I cannot use. So there -5 stars.

Does Not Work as Advertised

The JCD543 can be connect to up to three displays by 2 HDMI ports and 1 VGA port or 1 HDMI port, 1 VGA port, and a Display Port. The docking station also has three USB-A ports, an audio jack, a USB-C data port, a USB-C pass through charging port, an Ethernet port, and a standard and micro SD card reader. If you are looking for a device with more HDMI ports I would recommend the JCA366:
