    overpriced and don't work with older monitors on the P port. Would have returned if I would have realized it in the return window.

      The USB-C Triple Display Docking Station will require DisplayPort Alt Mode and USB Power Delivery 2.0 or 3.0 support from a computers USB-C port. Please refer to the manufacturer of your hardware for more information on your device. The Dock supports 2x HDMI + VGA + DisplayPort video ports. We recommend using the same connections on both ends. Any conversion adapters or cables we can not guarantee functionality. Drivers are also required for the VGA, Mic, and stand alone HDMI port. Drivers are located on j5create website under the Support tab. Thank you. j5create

    Don't buy unless you enjoy unplugging monitor

    don't waste your time and money. When computer goes into sleep mode, you have to unplug monitor cable and plug it back in again. Returning this devise as soon as a replace with another. USB-C cord is too short as well. Very disappointed

      Caddude, Thank you for your review as it helps us improve. We are sorry to hear the JCD543 did not meet your expectations. Regarding your monitor(s) going to sleep and requiring a disconnect, reconnect to obtain functionality, there are settings that can be adjusted in order to troubleshoot this. It can be sleep settings within the monitor itself, or computer. In situations like this we recommend contacting the support team printed on the casing to speak with an agent and they will be glad to assist you. In the case where the JCD543 is deemed to be defective, an exchange will be offered.

    Looks better than it works! One of the HDMI ports simply stopped working just outside the expiration of the return period. Bought this just before Christmas, stopped working just after Valentines day.

    Could be my fault for not researching enough, but it seemed like it would be plug n play; it is not. Need to change security permissions for this to work correctly. No thank you. Return was accepted though.

    Takes too much battery from the laptop. In fact my laptops battery life decreased remarkably after using this.

    Had multiple issues and two diplays stopped and only one is working. Called the support, best buy and sent a message to J5Create as well.

      The USB-C Triple Display Docking Station requires that a computer supports DisplayPort Alt Mode to transmit audio and video signals via HDMI or DP port. Please check to see if there are any available updates for your computer by visiting the Manufacture (of your computer) Support page. Being behind on updates could cause the j5 device to not function as intended. The VGA and stand alone HDMI port will require an installation of a driver for functionality.     Bought this docking station Oct 30, 2021. For a month now, i have to unplug the Ethernet cable, plug it again and i will have internet connection for about 30 seconds. Pure junk.

    Less than a year and the docking station is not working properly. Had to switch from hdmi to vga to get one display working. Now the second hdmi is not working. Not sure what the deal is. Wish I had solutions.

    2nd monitor is offset, the right side of the 2nd monitor is on the left side of the 2nd monitor. This is not all the time, it will be ok and then mess up

    The description claims it to be a "triple display docking station". I couldn't even get 2 monitors to work with it. I still had to plug one of the monitors into the laptop with a USB to get hem both to work, so I returned it.

      Your feedback on the docking station is appreciated. From your review it seems possible that the driver software for the docking stations was either not installed or only partially installed. The driver software is required to get three monitors to display out of the docking station. Our customer support team is trained to assist our customers with issues like these when they arise. A short call with customer support can save you a trip back to the store to make a return.

    We purchased 2 in July and died completely today in October it was kind of buggy and requiring drivers of the 2 purchased both died in 2 months bad purchase

    Bought this with a brand new Lenovo laptop at Best Buy rep's suggestion. Doesn't work. Support goes home at 4pm Mountain time, and no troubleshooting info available on website or with the product.

    Wouldn't connect to monitors

    Could only get 1 external monitor to work with it. Didnt matter how it was wired. If you connected a second monitor or wouldn't work. Contacted customer service and they couldn't help. Will be returning. Ordered another brand.

    Clunky dated design - hard to access ports -The power adapter died while under warranty - Not much "bang for the buck" - bought a different Powered Hub online for half the price that does more.

    Seems people either like this product or hate it. Consider me one of those who don't like it. One of the HDMI connectors didn't work and had to return it. Looks nice, but pretty cheaply made.

      We're sorry to hear the HDMI did not function. Most of the ports are PnP and requires DP Alt. Mode for video support which means a computer would have to support Plug and Play.     It will hang up the monitors. I connected to Mac. The first month didn’t notice any issues then it started screwing up my whole idea of buying docking station.

    I bought this devise with a new Mac book pro and 2 LG monitors and only one out of the 2 hdmi ports work. Going to return and find another product. Don’t waste your money on this if you have a newer MacBook Pro.

      I am sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the docking station. From your explanation in the review my first thought is that there was an issue with the driver installation and the MacOS blocked the drivers. You may want to check your security preferences and see if any extensions are blocked.
      To save you a trip back to the store I would recommend contacting our customer support team, and they can assist you with troubleshooting your docking station. They can be contacted by phone, email, or live chat. Contact information is on the product package and on our website under the Support drop down. Again I would like to apologize for the inconvenience with the dock, I understand that when a computer accessory is purchased there shouldn’t be any trouble getting it to work out of the box.
