We are currently working on the drivers that will make the JCD543 compatible with MacOS Big Sur. There will be an announcement on the j5create website once the drivers are released. Until then only 3 ports will not function on the JCD543 without the drivers; the audio jack, the VGA port, and the HDMI port directly next to the VGA port. We appreciate your patience with us.

Posted .The USB-C Triple Display Docking Station requires an available USB-C port that supports DisplayPort Alt Mode for video out via HDMI or DP port and USB Power Delivery 2.0 or 3.0. Please refer to the manufacturer of your hardware for more information on your device. It will also require an installation of a driver for the VGA, Mic and the stand alone HDMI port. Posted .The stand alone HDMI requires an installation of a driver. The other HDMI port that is linked with DP is a PnP port, which requires a computer to support DisplayPort Alt Mode for video out over USB-C. Please make sure your computer is up to date. It worked the first day but in the second day the second hdmi port went out. I had purchased 2 of these and both had the same issue.

Does not work with Mac or Asus

Posted .The HDMI or DP port requires DisplayPort Alt Mode from an available USB-C computer and cannot be used at the same time, it's one or the other. The VGA and stand alone HDMI port requires an installation of a driver for proper functionality. Depending on the OS you have, different instructions apply. Malfunction
