    I’m so mad at my self for waiting this long to use the dock .literally nothing works on the adapter and my music production is take a huge cut

      I'm sorry to hear the JCD543 is not working to your needs. In the case where nothing you connect to the docking station is working, I recommend contacting the technical support team printed on the packaging to speak with a rep, they will diagnose, troubleshoot and offer a working solution to include an exchange if necessary.

    Definitely an over priced device that only sends 2 video signals opposed to the 3 that it describes.

      The USB-C Triple Display Docking Station requires a computer to support DisplayPort Alt Mode via the HDMI or DP ports for video out over USB-C. Please refer to the manufacturer of your hardware for more information on your device. The VGA, MIC, and stand alone HDMI requires an installation of a driver.     One of the HDMI ports has quit working already. I haven’t even had it a year. So disappointed.

      Please check for any updates that you may have for your computer. Being behind on updates could cause the j5 device to not function as intended and in order to rule everything out we recommend contacting the Manufacture (of your computer) Support in order to have them assist you in properly updating your computer. The HDMI under the word "OR" is a PnP port and requires a computer to be updated on all available updates needed. The stand alone HDMI requires a driver. You can try uninstalling and reinstallation the driver or test with another HDMI cable if possible. ** If you require further assistance; please contact the j5create Technical Support team and they will be glad to further assist if necessary.     The driver on this isn't recognized by the laptop. Constant need to try and re download...plug and un plug connected devices major headache for the price.

    Pretty sure this is causing loss of internet connection. I've ruled out everything else. Purchased a different brand and returned this today.

    I couldn’t get this to work. Also it does not include the power source and for this price it absolutely should.

      The model JCD543P comes with a power adapter, not the JCD543. JUP2290 will be the power adapter that goes with the Dock. Computer's must support DisplayPort Mode and Power Delivery through it's USB-C port. The Dock also requires a driver. Depending on the OS you have, different instructions apply.     We bought 2 of them, one stopped working after a couple weeks. Expensive lesson to learn. I plugged my MacBook Pro in and it wasn't charging.

    It will not connect to more than one monitor at a time, even with all the instructions and updated drivers. This dock is garbage.

      I'm sorry to hear the Dock did not work for your computer. Unfortunately, the HDMI or DP ports are PnP but requires your computer to support DP Alt. Mode for video output. The HDMI and VGA next to each other requires a driver.       The JCD543 does not come with a power cord. The JCD543P does. If your computer came with a USB-C power-brick (65W or higher), you can used it for the USB-C power-in port. The power-in port allows pass-through charge and additional power to the USB ports. Your computer powers the Dock when it's connected to a USB-C port. The Dock also requires your computer to support DisplayPort Alt Mode and Power Delivery for PnP devices. ** Feel free to contact j5create Technical Support if you have any question regarding the Docking Station.     His was my husbands purchase. Not too happy with it as it does not come with the cord to plug this into the wall.

      Unfortunately, the JCD543 does not come with the power adapter. The JCD543P does. The Docking Station gets it's power when the host connection is connected to a computer. The USB-C power-in port is needed when you want pass-through charge and extra power added to the USB ports for power hungry USB devices. If your computer came with a USB-C power-brick, you can use that towards the Dock or the JUP2290 is the power adapter for it. Cordially, j5. j5create

      Hi LanceLynch, I apologize that the Docking Station did not meet your expectations. The JCD543 is considered a PnP and driver base device. If you have the M1 chip, the drivers will not work for HDMI/VGA and Mic but only the HDMI or DP port will work since those are plug and play.       Hello, the only ports that will require a driver is the HDMI, VGA and Mic. The video ports need drivers to support multiple displays. The HDMI or DP is Plug and Play.     Totally worthless!!!!!! I got this to connect to my monitors, however, it just doesn't do the job. I ended up buying a DELL dock.

      honestbot98, Due to the JCD543 being a hybrid docking station where some ports are plug-and-play and others are driver based, you may not achieve full functionality.
