Love the number of ports and purchased specifically for DVI option. That said, it feels like it has the durability of a child's toy. For the price I was happy with it. However, after owning it for just about 45 days, my MacBook automatically updated to macOS BigSur Version 11.0.1. This made this Docking Station obsolete in the span on one hour. j5Create states on the website and in customer service that no drivers are avail to correct this and no timeline is given to correct it at the moment. I would check whether this is avail before buying.

I can't understand how I ever worked without this. The ease of just plugging in one cord when locating the laptop is so awesome, rather than plugging in monitor, audio, network, wireless mouse, etc. It has a very low profile and raises up the laptop perfectly, giving it a bit more space to bring cooling air in and easier to type on.

Supplies for computers are good. All items are working well.

Excellent charging station when you need additional ports. I was using a Mini Dock on my laptop based system then decided to add a couple of extra devices. The additional ports gave me the flexibility I needed,

I purchased this as a solution for a laptop I wanted to run dual monitors on. Only one of the monitor ports worked. It could have been user error but I attempted to figure it out for a week. I eventually just hooked one up to the device and the other to the laptop. Sub ports work :) Anyway I guess it can work for something other than multiple monitors

We have purchased many of these you use on Windows and Apple systems. They are easy setup.

Bought this for my office so I could take my laptop back and forth without a lot of hassle. Bingo, hit the nail on the head. Allows me to keep all my peripherals connected, plug into my laptop's USB C, and I am operational. Love the Ethernet connection, multiple monitors, extra ports, and of course the sleek design. I absolutely love this thin.

Works great and seamlessly. Easy to set up on a Windows Latitude running Windows 10 Pro. The wedge design is nice to set laptop on to elevate and does not have to be used that way if it is not the desired set up.

I bought this to connect by 2019 MacBook Pro to two external monitors, along with several peripherals. There are lots of ports and options, but this dock did not work well with my computer or MacOS. Pros: lots of USB ports, good power passthrough, and options for monitor connections (VGA, HDMI, and DP). Cons: 1. I had great difficulty after updating the OS to Catalina. J5Create was not prepared for the update, and took something close to two months to update their driver. Until then, only one external monitor would work. 2. In the last few months (maybe 6?) the monitors would lose connection with the computer for a split second, which would cause a freeze for a few seconds. Most of the time only one monitor would reconnect, while the other monitor was trying. Most of the time it would reconnect after 30 seconds or so. 3. I could never get the ethernet port to work. I plugged a cable directly from the router to the dock, but it would never sync up.

I use this with my HP SPECTRE laptop and an external charger. By just plugging in one cable into a USB-C port, I can charge my laptop and greatly expand the number of ports to support external hard drives or other accessories. It greatly improves the portability of my laptop since one plug handles everything.

Using this with macbook pro. It took a long chat session with tech support. It’s great when it works but EVERYTIME I use the Mac not connected to the dock once I put it back on the dock it takes quite the process to get it to work on 2 monitors. It’s a 20-30 process to connect and get both monitors working It works flawlessly on my MSI laptop

Great all in one docking station. I also purchased the power adapter for it and now only have to disconnect a single USB cable to take my laptop with me instead of multiple cables. Triple monitor support works great. Just be aware that one HDMI port and the Display Port Port cannot be used at the same time.

Great docking station. My only complaint is that you have to buy thr power supply separately.

IT is easy to use and I like the extra USB ports. However, I could never get the DP port to work, even though I had used the same DP cable to hook up to my laptop previously. So to use 2 monitors, I had to use the 2 HDMI ports. It is also quite long so it takes more room than I had wanted it to on my small desk.

Fantastic idea! I love this docking station. It fits my HP Envy perfectly and is compact enough to not demand more space like side docking stations. I recommend this product for students and multi-external devices.

Bought this on sale which was good because I needed to buy some extra stuff to get this to work. Definitely need a power supply so plan on extra money for that. I also needed a USB extension cord so overall it was a bit of an investment but the card reader is great and I have two solid state drives hooked up to this. This saved me from having to revamp my desktop and/or get a new one. I could see this being even more useful for a laptop.
