A Must Have For Me

I bought the j5create docking station in conjunction with a new HP laptop and set up was quick and simple. Functionality is great and I am well pleased with this purchase.

What I love most about it is that it is not in the way because it fits nicely under the back of my computer. Awesome design!

Great Docking Station - But Get the Proper Driver!

The problem is that the documentation could have been more clear. Very specifically, I didn't realize that I needed to plug in the hidden cord into my laptop. I also didn't see clear documentation on the recommended power supply.

Doesn't work with the M1 processor

I asked him twice because I wanted to be sure before I got the item home. Well, guess what? It does not work with the M1 processor. What a waste of time - had to return it.

Posted .Hello, unfortunately, the HDMI/VGA and Mic ports on the Docking Station will not be compatible due to the driver installation and will only work for computers running the Intel processor. Respectfully, j5

This is GREAT... recommended to me by the supervisor of computer section of my local BEST BUY. Very happy with it... easy to unplug for laptop movement and easy to store, should I want to carry with me. Highly recommend.
