I love it. One connection (type-c) to the laptop and everything's connected. No extra power cords needed too!!

Nice idea, but had a keyboard problem.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The idea of this thing is good, plug all your stuff into it, and only have to plug 1 USB C cord into the laptop. When you want to travel, you just unplug the one cord and go. However on our unit, the usb keyboard (Apple brand) would stop working while the unit was asleep. We could not wake the computer up via the keyboard occasionally. And after the computer was awake, the keyboard still didn’t work. We would have to unplug the keyboard for a few seconds and then it was fine again. We returned the unit. The build quality was. I’ve, but it didn’t work out for us.

We appreciate your feedback regarding the docking station. After doing some research I have found that this is something that is known to happen with MacBooks. Apple has some specific troubleshooting tips for this issue. Thank you for sharing your review.

I could just get the full functionality for using 2 monitors after spending quite some time with their tech support. The 3rd display is only possible if connected via VGA, not HDMI and this is not clear in the box/advertisement. In the question if I would recommend it to a friend, I clicked on "No" as most of my friends would not know how to set it up even with the help of their techs.

The only issue was it took sometime for the docking station to recognize the 2nd monitor.

Not sure if this is all due to the docking station or not, but I've not had the same issue with others in the past.
