Posted .In the case where the JCD543 stops working as intended and you experience difficulties with monitors, mice, Ethernet or other, we recommend contacting the support team on the packaging in order to troubleshoot and if necessary an exchange will be issued. Good for using 2 Monitors with Labtop!

Having additional monitors cannot really improve productivity when working with a laptop. This docking station can add up to three additional monitors as well as an Ethernet port, additional USB ports, and much more. Thank you for choosing the j5create triple display docking station.

Good product, but not on Macs

Posted .Proper functionality entails downloading and installing a driver on Mac platform. Depending on the OS you have, different instructions apply.

Posted .I hope that the JCD543 is still serving your needs well. While it does require some extra set up to install the drivers it does a lot of functionality to a laptop. We appreciate your feedback.
