I use a 65W adapter and when I connect 2 screens blinking screen issues arise. The USB ports may have failures too... using only 1 screen and 1 USB device is the same as use my laptop ports.

It took a while to get everything set up, driver download errors, and approving access. It took multiple calls to customer service, which was honestly great. They were very helpful with the set up. The dock was great when it was working! Loved the mega desk vibes. However, within 2 hours of using the dock with my 2 external monitors, Insignia 19' TVs that are plugged into a wall, the dock was very warm and ended up completely draining my computer's battery. I called customer service, they said it was likely a computer problem and directed me to call Apple. I contacted apple support, my charger and computer were thankfully fine. I called customer service again and they said it shouldn't be functioning like that with just two external monitors. If it happens again, I should swap it. Well, not running that risk on this expensive brand new MacBook Pro. My husband is headed to Best Buy now to swap it out. Will update if/when anything changes.

It is nice to have the printer and 2nd monitor hooked up to it, but I almost sent it back due to how difficult it is to turn laptop on.

While it is nice to have the adapter to the extra monitors and USB-C. I've had issues keeping a good connection and the USB-C wire at the right length. For the price, I'm not sure it really lives up to the expectations.

Lenovo Laptop Review

In either role the combination of RAM, memory and other built features have proven to be what I needed in the wsy of computer support. Not completely on board with Windows 11 but getting there.

Didn't work for me

Attempted to contact the company for assistance but never heard back from them. Have a Dell 9575 and it would not work in any of the USB-C slots I plugged it in. The laptop would not recognize the device even after ensuring the drivers were installed. Returnes to Best buy the next day without any issues.

Posted .In the case where the JCD543 is not being recognized by your computer, it could be a matter of updates on the computer itself, defective host cable, defective USB port and for all the mentioned a technical support specialist is standing by ready to help. I regret to hear customer service did not return your call. We are available Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm EST on phones, 10am-6:30pm EST for chat, tickets and voicemail are also options in the case where hours of availability do not work for you.
