Great docking station that has all the ports you need. It was super easy to setup and use

Really easy to use. Super flexible. Seamlessly integrates multiple monitors. Really good value for the price.

Solid docking station so far. No issues with multi screens and plenty of ports. Definitely more bang for the buck compared to Microsoft’s suggested station which has fewer ports.

I purchased this product to use with my new laptop as I knew I would need extra USB ports. I was traveling for work the first time I unboxed to use it and when I connected to the laptop I received a notification that I would need a power supply as my laptop was not sufficient. I was unaware that this would be the case and did not want to buy the optional power cord, so I returned to Best Buy.

This is a great product, Its nice that it adds angle which helps air flow to the bottom of the laptop. lots of added ports for those laptops that are lacking. does not need additional power supply, it powers of of your laptop.

This dock is okay with all the connectivity options, works okay with my MacBook Pro while using 2 additional displays. Sometimes it does act up and 1 of the displays does not get recognized, and leads me to restart to get it working again. Also, big downside in my opinion is the external display output is limited to only 30 Hz so a lot of tearing.

Fantastic Docking set up. Easy to use and install drivers, and quintessential if running multiple monitors for a laptop like I do for medical school.

basic functionality covered perfect. Not a pro docking product

Unfortunately it wasn't compatible with my HP 1035i laptop. I returned it and got the J5create Dual HDMI Mini Dock USB 3.1 hub/pd 2.0 which is compatible and works great. I contacted J5create tech support and they guided me to the correct compatible item. Not sure how to check compatibility before buying. Tech support was great.

Works great allowing me to easily go from my home office to my office with just plugging and unplugging one cord. Great.

Good docking station at a great price. Shape gives a nice spot to rest laptop and has extra video port. Coworker has previous generation too-that one is 4 years old and working fine.

This docking station works very well. Only intermitted a few times buy overall a good purchase.

So far, this has performed as expected. I purchased this docking Station device because of all the variance of chargers and interfaces available- especially with the USB-C Triple display for multi monitor setup. This device plugged and played with Windows. If using it with Mac devices and laptops it will need the (web-based located) drivers downloaded on to it. The USB built into this device will not run the regular USB Mac SuperDrive from Apple as they are not a powered USB input.

It does work as advertised as I was able to connect to 2 monitors with my 2020 Macbook M1 but it's not perfect. There is noticeable lag on both monitors and sometimes after waking from sleep, one monitor will not work, requiring me to reconnect and power cycle the monitor. This dock is significantly cheaper than alternatives and is worth it.

Works great with a good 100w power supply (not included) attached. We use two 24" monitors and an array of USB peripherals and no issues. A nice feature is that it sits under the hinge on your laptop or tablet making space for some cooling air and keeping the device at a nice angle. Great product and I do recommend it.

I LOVE this docking station. It supports my 4 monitors, speakers, power, mic, and all the other stuff I've got plugged into it with ease. It isn't big and bulky. You get a whole lot of bang for your buck on this one.
