This unit was perfect for my new Dell XPS 17 that i am using for Video and Audio mixing for Facebook, Twitter, etc. I needed additional ports that the Dell XPS 17 did not have, like USB, headphone, video,etc.

Has alot of variety of ports which is what I like. Very helpful in connecting everything I need.

Nice USB-C docking station. With docking stations being hard to get we tried this one and it has worked really well at 1/2 the cost of the HP Universal docking stations we were using when you add in the cost of the $40 adapter you need to add.

I like this company's products but this one just didn't work with my setup. There was not enough power flowing through to operate two monitors.

Good overall USB-C dock that has many options, does get quite warm.

Item is ok. Sporadic Ethernet speeds through port as it seems to have issues under heav loads (Team Sessions, With Simultaneous VPN connection with my New Thinkpad T15. USB3 and Monitors are ok though. Just either connect to house WiFi and plug in Ethernet to laptop directly.

The only reason i gave it a 3 star is because I had to download a program to view my other files. Probably my lap top is old. I was empress with the quality and all the different cards it can read.

Works perfectly with my Samsung Galaxy Book3 Pro 360 laptop. The width is identical. My laptop sits on the docking station with the back edges aligned.

In order to run dual monitors, the dock needs power (not from the computer). Running the charger through the dock instead of the computer made the doc run hot. The monitors are not always detected, and I typically have to restart my computer completely for the displays to both show up. I emailed J5Create, and their customer service said, "If it runs how, just unplug it." They also stated the display issue is Apple's glitch which is interesting since I haven't had any issues with any other dual monitor adapters. Worst of all, this dock cannot handle you utilizing every connector built into it. Sometimes, it takes about 15 to 20 minutes for an external SSD or memory card to appear. It's great when it works... if it works.

Exactly what i needed for a great price. I shopped online and this was the best option for my needs.

I'm glad to see that docking stations are finally universal. I bought this because I have an HP laptop for work, and one of the dock options on HP's site was a USB-C dock. It's working well with my two 1080p monitors so far. Keeps my deal tidy and functional.

This device is quite useful if you want to use a laptop and multiple monitors. Of course, as an after-market item, it's not as easy to use as a dedicated docking station. However, it's far better than a USB port replicator and it adds multiple HDMI ports. My only reservation is that I think it should have more USB ports.

Perfect addition to a cramped desk easy Tom place anywhere. Perfect size to go under monitor stands etc. plenty of output ports. The price is not that bad for what you get. If you find it on sale definitely buy it. If you need it definitely buy it.

Like many people I found myself working at home full time suddenly and without warning. I needed a way to hook up two TVs as monitors for my work laptop. This was very simple to set up and worked without having to install drivers on my laptop. Would purchase again if needed.

It definitely gets the job done. Only complaint I have is that I can not use my laptop as a third screen nor can I completely close my laptop.

I bought this once I started working from home to mirror my work setup in my office. I have two monitors on either side of my laptop and I use it with both my work and personal PC. It works really well but the power dock does not seem to charge properly when I plug in a cable to charge my phone or other device. Additionally, one of my monitors will just totally freeze. I can see from using alt+tab that whatever is supposed to be on that screen isn't updating. The only way to remedy this is to detach the dock from my laptop and reattach it. It will do this with both of my systems and happens at random. If this issue went away this would be a nearly perfect device. Make sure you get the official 100w power supply for it if yours didn't come with it.

So far its been working great. I got this to try and replace the Dell Hub that we've had for a while thats been acting up and so far this little guy has been doing pretty good, and for the price, can't beat it.
