Purchased this to work with my new Alienware - 16X Aurora 16" 240Hz Gaming Laptop WQXGA. It doesn’t. Attached two external hard drives and system locks up. Waste of money.

I’m happy with the purchase. My only complain is that you have to put something under it so it doesn’t mess with the ports when plugged to your laptop. I used a stack of small Post-It’s to keep it from wiggling. But other than than, perfect device!

This is the second one that I’ve purchased because they’re plug-n-play, no maintenance whatsoever and easily concealable. Computers, all of them are getting away from Ethernet ports and going wireless. I prefer hardwired , it’s much more secure. So, I’ll continue to purchase as needed

Works as designed on windows and Mac. Perfect for me. And looks very nice and clean.

Seemed nice but for 90 dollars it should at least come with the power chord. That is separate and almost as much as the docking station.

Bought this as I'm currently working from home and hate swapping out cables from one device to another. This docking station has you covered on all fronts! Video works great, and I even noticed that the DVI out to my monitor was able to maintain 60FPS refresh rate. That said, one flaw i noticed is that my Samsung S20+ with USB C connection, does not charge when connected to the docking station. Funny enough, it will load/be recognized as a device, but it will not charge over the USB C connection. I've only had it about a week, but hoping the company addresses this issue. I'd give it a 3.5 out of 5, especially since it was almost $100 for the device. I may consider returning it if I can not resolve the charging issue.

One little USB plug and you are done. No fussing with brand docks and the positioning. You may need a second power supply for your laptop if you want one connected to this permanently and one to take out with you. Overall, works great.

The size is freakishly large. It does have multiple ports that come in clutch but there are other products that can do the same for way cheaper. There is a slight Mac compatibility issue.

I like this docking station. But i have to return it because i need to install the software which is not allowed for my work laptop. Otherwise it’s a nice product.

Very helpful to have multiple screens and easy to connect to.

I want to preface this by saying my main issue could've been due to either my laptop or monitor. With that being said, the dock never wanted to connect to my monitor, and would continuously shut my monitor off. When it would actually work, there were green lines all across the screen.

Was easy to setup for Home Office to allow use of 3 Monitors. No issues with device.

This adapter addresses all issues for connecting multiple devices to my MacBook Pro. This allows me to hook my phone, my DJ controller, and other devices to it. Definitely recommend this product!

It doesn't take up much space, had enough plugs for everything I needed. Fair price, too

Had to connect two monitors, keyboard & mouse with my Lenovo Thinkpad. So far everything has been great & works smoothly.

Works great. I wish one of the USB-C ports was a Thunderbolt port. Other than that, I have no complaints.

So it implies it will run to monitors, yet it will, but only on the onboard video card. If you have and want to use an installed upper end card; want do it. Besides that great and compact. Although I plan to take it back, doesn’t meet my expectation.

this works great to enable me to use two monitors and to power my equipment...and when i take my lap top on the go, it is easy to disconnect

Easy to use and is exactly what I needed. Simple to install and user-friendly.

Works great for using both windows and Mac, as I switch between the two throughout the day. I do find that I sometimes have to unplug and plug the usb c back in the computer to get the monitors to recognize, but no big deal.
