I had to return this product because it requires a software application download to use the full features. I needed this hub to use with multiple laptops, one of which is a work laptop that I don't have administrator privilege's to add software. It worked fine with my personal laptops, but would not fully function with my work laptop. I consider this a downside. I returned it for a hub that is plug and play via windows.

Perfect docking station, easy to hook up in a matter of minutes. Trouble free.

It did the job of extending my mac book pro. however, it seems that every mac update messes with my setup. sometime some of the slots dont function properly.

Works like a charm. Recommend this product to anyone looking to get full setup for monitors.

Not a good fit with my computer, need better options

Let me preface this by saying that I am a physics major who prefers to have 2 monitors for programming needs (modeling systems, etc.) and in general for being able to have multiple windows open, especially when watching videos or seminars. With that said, there's not much to say... it's a docking station. It has everything that all but a very select few could possibly need for a docking station. It's good quality with a price tag to match. If you need the extra ports that many laptops aren't coming with these days, this is definitely a good way to go. I have not had any problems with it after using it for a few months and don't suspect that I will anytime soon.

Works well overall. My overall complaints is that when I first bought it, I was able to plug an ethernet cable to the hub and get a stable signal on my laptop, but now my signal is unstable, so I have to plug the ethernet cable into my laptop directly.

I wish my laptop did not require it but I needed to hardwire my computer by ethernet at work. I like that it has all the different ports so I can utilize my lap top more efficiently.

Used this for my Razer Blade 15 after my PC fell off my desk during an earthquake. Used my laptop as my main pc until I had the funds for a new PC. Works great! Plenty of ports

Working from home, my wife needed a better set up in the office. This was a little more than I planned to spend, but it was worth it. Lots of ports, for charging phone and headset, and room for expansion if she wants

This docking station holds all my drives and works great.

Bought and installed this docking station so that I could use a 3rd monitor and have additional USB hubs for my headphones and other devices. While it is not a plug-in play device, it has so far worked well with my HP laptop and I have had no issues.

Needed a USB-C docking station for my Surface Laptop. Works well. One small problem with the HDMI ports. I sometimes need to move the HDMI cable between ports as the monitor freezes. I don't know if it's a problem with the docking station or my laptop.

SO far I have been pleased with this docking station. It will allow me to read SD cards on my laptop as well as using my old VGA monitor and new HDMI monitor.

This docking station charges everything at high voltage . The ratio of the ports was perfect. Very slim modern look , not bulky . If I could give it a 10 star I would .

Works great very pleased with how eay it was to use , does what i need

Since my work laptop did not have any ports, this is the best thing I could find to connect multiple monitors. However, after a month, one of the hdmi ports no longer works.
