I tried to charge my Fitbit and cell at the same time and was unable to. Not enough power was listed as the cause. Very dissapointing.

I would recommend this to a friend Lots of ports but sporadically freezes my monitor

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This has the potential to be a really good docking station - lots of ports including a VGA for my older monitor, part of the reason I went with it. Unfortunately, this freezes on a sporadic basis and you have to unplug it, wait a moment, then plug it back in and wait for the connection(s) to cycle back up. It can run fine for days and then suddenly freeze three or four times in a single day. Which is what brought me out to help make others aware of the potential issue. I do really like all the ports, though.

Posted .Sporadically freezing can be rare with the JCD543 and in such situations, we recommend contacting the technical support team printed on the casing to speak with a specialist. They will diagnose, troubleshoot and offer a working solution. We apologize for the troubles you experienced and hope we can still turn things around.

Using docking station on my tablet i used my cellphone charger and the batery on tablet slowly drained. Tryied using a higher powerd charger and it reversed the problem . Now it charges the tablet while using docking station. Wished i new this was a good compatible product sooner. I cant live without it now.
