So so docking station

It does all the things it says it will do ...... plus one more. It runs all the things I need to, but now and then (about once per day) the external monitor locks up and I have to unplug the docking station from the laptop for 10 seconds and plug it back in. Also, every once in a while, it will fail to pass power to my laptop for charging. It is very frustration, but I'l sort of learned to put up with it. I will probably look to replace it soon.

Need better description and instructions.

I bought this to use with a new MacBookAir. First issue is needing to download software to use it. When I went to the website, a 'pop up' warning said this will not work on Apple iOS Big Sur which is the OS I have. This should have been listed on the box. The USB Type-C connecting cable is not convenient to use depending on desk space to connect other inputs.

Not entirely happy

However, only one of the plugs worked. I contacted customer support and after a ton of back and forth they agreed it was not right and would replace it after I send it back to them.

I had to install a driver to use the 2nd external display (2 external monitors plus my laptop) as it does state in the packaging when you get the device. I use my work laptop, a Lenovo T580 and works with really no issues to speak of after nearly a month of use working from home. The only thing I've noticed is that when I turn on my laptop it does say that the power source is less output than the factory charger. However I've never had any issues with it holding a charge when working 8 hour days. I would recommend this device.
