Posted .The USB-C Triple Display Docking Station requires an installation of a driver for the VGA and the stand alone HDMI port. Drivers are located on j5create website under the "Support" tab. Please use VGA to VGA cables or HDMI to HDMI cables. We cannot guarantee functionality with conversion cables. Thank you.

It even has an outlet for your speakers, in case you have an old system with wired speakers. Plenty of places to plug in and have 3 monitors.

I have others that work fine all the time from the docking station to. It might be from the power that the USB devices require. It has USB-C power connection but I do not have an extra high power USB-C power supply to try with. That might be all it needs to apply power to like a USB hub for things like the mouse and keyboard.

When I first set up the docking station with my system it worked great. One day it would not connect and it has been like that ever since. I have tried new cables, checking my settings and even set everything up from scratch. Tech support has tried to help without any success. When I plug into the docking station it says that I don't have enough power and it can not detect the monitors. This has become very frustrating.

Still had open port for another monitor too. It is a little wider than the computer but that’s ok since it sits underneath.

Great Solution for MacBook docking

They work great and make docking a one-step operation for an external monitor. Several ports make this versatile and useful. We would definitely buy these again.

Support was not available as advertised either and had to figure out how to do a workaround on the fly. This is in a remote office and I had no choice but to use the equipment. Wish I could return it.

Posted .I apologize for the experience you have had with your USB-C Triple Display Docking Station. In order for the docking station to work the USB-C port on your computer must support DisplayPort Alternate Mode and the driver must be downloaded from the j5create website and installed onto your computer, the driver is only Windows and macOS compatible.
