Display plugs are extermely laggy and I only use one monitor. My printer takes forever to print through these USBs, but prints instantly on a direct connection or though a different USB-C hub. I got a USB-C to HDMI cable and a five dollar USB-C hub from Menards that work better than this. Bad product even at half the price. I only use it for Keyboard and Mouse because those are the only things that don't constantly have problems and to keep my laptop elevated for cooling.

Works great faster than my other docking stations

Good Port Replicator/dock

Port replication is good. I have had no issues under either Windows or macOS with large screen external monitors.

Posted .Krstngt, Due to the hybrid nature of the JCD543, not all computers will allow full functionality. The computer needs to support Thunderbolt 3/DP alt-mode for video output; otherwise, you may be limited to how many monitors you may use with the dock. If you are welcome to suggestions for a different model, please contact us at your earliest convenience as we believe the JCD381 may be a good fit for your needs. Displayports didn't work

Posted .The DP port on the Dock requires DisplayPort Alt Mode from a computer. Please refer to the manufacturer of your hardware for more information on your device. The DP is a PnP port and requires that feature for video out. If you are using the HDMI under the word "OR", you can only use one or the other. The VGA, Mic, and the stand alone HDMI will need an installation of a driver for proper functionality. ** Feel free to contact j5create Technical Support if you require further assistance. Unreliable for headsets

This issue persists across multiple different headsets and laptops from different manufacturers

There may be a power setting on your computer that needs to be changed in order to prevent USB-C port on the laptop from entering a power saving state which can cause the headset to disconnect. Additionally connecting a USB-C power adapter such as our JUP2290C 100W Super Charger - Works with Chromebook Certified may help provide more adequate power to keep your devices connected.
