Doesn’t work with Lenovo Windows 11 Yoga

Went to their website and downloaded drivers and it still didn’t work. Chatted back and forth with support and it’s still not working. Chalked it up to a waste of time.

Posted .Hello, if possible, please switch with another video cable with both sides fitted tightly to the ports. I plugged in a Gopro and Iphone and gave an error message that is not enough power. Keep in mind I have the power adapter plugged directly into the device. I installed lasted Mac driver still the same issue. Keep searching it has to be a better option for the money.

Posted .Greetings Odot, depends on what model IPhone you have but they require a 5-20 watt for continuous charge. The GoPro may need more power by directly connecting to a computer with a USB port embedded. The power adapter is good to get a pass through charge to your computer but may not provide enough power to all the ports on the JCD543 from your computer. I recommend calling in so an agent can help troubleshoot and understand more on the experience you are having with our unit. Sincerely, j5create.

J5 Creates makes the worse, defective products on the market. Not sure why BB even continues to carry their products. The HDMI ports stopped working 1 month after using. Best Buys does not guarantee their products past 15 days–which should be a red flag–and thus I could not exchange or return. The only way to get a new product is to send it back to the manufacturer, on my dime, and wait until they send back a new product. This could take a few weeks...meanwhile I am out of a much needed product. This is the second J5 product I have bought and had to return to them because it stopped working. Crappy policies. Crappy product. Crappy guarantee. I will NEVER buy a J5 product again and hope to tell everyone not to, either!
