I am able to connect either of my computers via the dock without any major issues that are the fault of the dock. The only drawback is that tone of the screws for the VGA port broke, but I am able to work around it.

I wish the USB-C were a bit longer so the dock doesn't have to sit IMMEDIATELY next to my laptop. (-1 star) because it does not come with a power supply so I had to go back to the store to purchase that separately. So if you think the price is better than the competition it is because this does not come with the power supply

I initially had a problem when I was done transferring a digital embroidery file to a flash drive and then securely ejected it the docking station quit recognizing my usb mouse. when moving the usb to the computer itself it still worked. Thinking it was just an isolated incident I took it back to best buy explained what happened and asked if they had any other complaints of the same nature they said no so I replaced it with the same docking station and have not had any issues with this one.

I had been using an old lock down Dell docking station. I had to upgrade the old computer so I was forced to change the dock as well. It works great, Everything connected easily, much more compact and slim than the old one, and even fits on the desk better.

Great product but must install drivers

This unit works as expected and lover all the connections but you must download drivers before it works properly on all windows 10 computers at our office. This is a pain for the price but works great and has lasted multiple computers in the time since purchase 4 months ago

As long as you have two usb-c on your computer this will work. I run two additonal monitors plus use laptop monitor and haven't had any problems.

However, it doesn't work via VM connection (I use Horizon Omnissa Client) on a Dell laptop. There was a USB port driver error I couldn't resolve and I couldn't get the displays to work despite having the correct drivers installed for them. I did have a 100 watt USB C power supply and my laptop does have the power display USB C port. When you search for solutions, you can't find any regarding connecting to a VM. Had to return it and found a Targus that works.

I have two monitors and it makes the connection to my laptop simple (I love the fact that I can add 1 more monitor if I chose to at a later time). It has everything you need plus more. The cable storage with dual opening came in very handy when my sister wanted to use my docking station (her connector was on the opposite side). The only drawback is that I still need to plug in my laptop.
