Just under a year... Black Screened

I went to plug it into the computer today and ... black screens all around. Here is hoping that the 2 year warranty actually means something.

Posted .Ensure that all cables connecting the docking station to your computer and the displays are securely plugged in. Verify that the USB-C connection is firmly inserted into the USB-C port on your computer. Power cycle the docking station and the connected displays. Unplug the power adapter from the docking station, disconnect it from your computer, and turn off all connected displays. Wait for a few minutes, then reconnect the power adapter, connect the docking station to your computer, and power on the displays. Check the display settings on your computer to ensure that the connected displays are detected and configured correctly. If possible, disconnect all but one display from the docking station and test each display individually. If your computer has multiple USB-C ports, try connecting the docking station to a different port to see if the issue persists. ** If you require further assistance; please contact the j5create Technical Support team and they will be glad to further assist if necessary. Although the power adapter will charge the computer, it is not necessary for proper functionality; we apologize for any issues this caused. Not a good product for MacBook Pro!

I tried to Contact J5 Create for support and it is imposible.

Posted .The HDMI or DP ports are Plug n Play but it's one or the other. The HDMI/VGA and Mic ports require an installation of a driver. It was fine at first but then after about a month, my second monitor will freeze and I'll have to disconnect and reconnect the docking station. Now today after 2 months, the USB ports for my mouse and keyboard stopped working.
