The Ethernet port causes my EERO network to offline. I exchanged the product and the same result. Many emails and calls to support and they were perplexed as well.

Posted .The Docking Station requires an installation of a driver for the HDMI/VGA and Mic ports to function properly. The other HDMI or DP port requires a computer to support PnP (Plug n Play) such as "DisplayPort Alt Mode" for video out and "Power Delivery" for pass-through charge over USB-C. Please refer to the manufacturer of your hardware for more information on your device. The Ethernet port works off of "RealTek" and an Ethernet cable connecting to a modem or router. You should be able to see "RealTek" in your "Network". If you have any questions regarding the Dock. please contact our agents and they'll be able to help with troubleshooting our device. Thank you.

I bought another one and the same thing happened.
