Posted .The USB-C Triple Display Docking Station requires a computer to support DisplayPort Alt Mode for video out via DP or HDMI port. Without that feature, those two PnP video ports will not work. Please refer to the manufacturer of your hardware for more information on your device. Thank you.

Unstable Network Connection

I connected a brand new Lenovo laptop, have both a wired and wireless connection to the dock and my PC connection to my WAN gets dropped almost every time I am on a Zoom call. I thought the problem was with the laptop so replaced the Lenovo with a brand new Dell laptop and the problem persists. Once the WAN is dropped, when I disconnect my PC from the dock the WAN connection gets re-established. My conclusion is that the docking station causes a conflict with my network router, defeating the purpose for having it.

Not The Right one for a Mac

Changed cables, changed ports, and nothing. I'll be returning it as soon as my new one arrives from Amazon.

This product was over heating from immediately. From experience, this isn’t good. I returned it and bought a OWC and love it.

Ports stopped working

I bought this one same day which was nice, it not all the ports work. Only one HDMI works, two USB ports work. So it’s faulty and when I was finally back home to exchange it my return/exchange period had expired. So I have a half working docking station. Waste of money.
