    Garbage, didn't come with power supply, waste of time and money. Bought Microsoft oem dock to replace this one instead and never looked back

      USB-C Triple Display Docking Station requires a host device with an available USB-C port that supports DisplayPort Alt Mode and USB Power Delivery 2.0 or 3.0 features.     Bought several for office use and within 1 year the hdmi ports have gone bad. Spend the extra money and go with a better brand.

    Was sent email tech appt was schedule for August 17th, received email tech was on the at 5:30p. Estimated arrival time 6 pm. Woodside planation in Aiken SC established new policy no vendors allowed through access gates after 6:30pm. Done with residents knowledge or approval, best buy stood us up again.

    This device is not compatible with the apple pro computer. Other then it not working for my computer it is a quality device.

      Hi and thank you for your review on the JCD543. If you are using an M1 Mac, our research and development team is still working on compatible software. If you have a Intel based Mac, we do have compatible software. Depending on what you are looking for in a hub, we may be able to recommend PnP models, but please keep in mind, PnP adapters only support one display per device.     Too expensive and barely does what it advertises. The output for monitors is too graphics intensive for this device and runs clunky and slow. For some reason none of the usb ports work and thats enough to make it not worth the price. Taking it back once i get my new dock from amazon. Took a lot of fiddling around to get it to work on my alienware ultrawide and lg ultragear at the same time

The Alienware ultrawide and LG ultragear may need to be directly connected to the computer if the monitors have G-SYNC. The USB ports are intended for peripherals like mice, keyboards, flash drives.     Stopped working after 2-3 days

    Worked good for 2-3 days then stopped. When I connect it works then disconnects monitors/keyboard/mouse, then reconnects them, then disconnects them, and continues that cycle for at least 15 minutes until I unplug it. This happens every time i connect it which has been at least 5+ times.

      Proper functionality entails downloading and installing a driver on a Mac platform for the HDMI, VGA, and Mic ports to function. Depending on the OS you have, different instructions apply.     sucks not enough power

    I've used like 3 of them and non worked properly, 1. I couldn't make it work on my macbook pro to use with 2 more monitors, had to do some crazy sharing thing, 2. Kept having issues with USBs had a hub and worked half of the time. Like the main reason i wanted a docking station. To keep all my usb power hub together and easy access. never had a problem with a pc docking stations. 3. Software issues i always kept it up to date until now. Aug 2020 would it be worth to spend another 100 dollars? I believe so!

      The current version of Mac OS Catalina has some new security settings that will add some extra steps to the installation process for third party devices. I would recommend contacting the j5create customer service team for assistance getting your docking station up and running.     I needed this docking station to be a charging station as well. I also had issues with the usb connected printer now working after docking my hp laptop

    I purchased this for my new MacBook Pro. It would not connect to a monitor , so I spent several days back and forth with J5 Create support trying their suggestions and reloading the driver multiple times. They even admitted that their software had issues with the latest Mac OS Catalina. I was finally told the docking station was defective and to take it back to the retailer have it replaced, which I did. The replacement had the same issues. Have returned the replacement and purchased a non-J5 Create product.
