    Did not work for me. In fairness, my laptop says it doesn't have enough power to support this USB-C device. Returned for a docking station that has it's own power supply

    Second HDMI port does not work

    I bought this as a simple replacement to my existing HP docking station, but the this device is not plug-n-play. The Type C works but the third display port does not work. I can got an image on my second screen, but could never get the third HDMI or VGA port to work attached to my HP Envy laptop.

    This dock is good but make sure you also buy the 100watt power supply with it, (another $50)

The JUP2290C 100W Super Charger is optional and not needed for the docking station to function however it is recommended.     Did not last long. After one year, product stopped working. I dont recommend going with this docking station. I ended up having to buy the HP docking station.

    I'm not sure why the USB drives didn't work - I missed my return window by ONE day - - now stuck with an item that I wouldn't give my worst enemy.

    Looking for Multiple 4k, this is not for you...

    Dont be fooled. The display output stated is not acurate. Even after calling the company, they were not able to help. Does not support multiple monitors above 1080P at the same time. I have two UltraWides and it would not support both of them at the same time.

    on Day one one of hdmi ports stop working.

    On day one the hdmi port stop working on one of my laptop. It duplicate the 2 hdmi on another laptop even though the laptop detected only the laptops monitor and one other. The almost all ports stop work. J5 support was horrible. They are sending me a replacement. Let's see how it goes

    Not what its cracked up to be

    Have to continually unplug/replug the lightning adapter to my computer/laptop and tablet (Surface) as the add-on external screens continually freeze and the only way to correct is to unplug/replug this adapter. Sales guy raved about this station, not worth the $100 I spent on it

    failed in five months. Warranty is a joke, people on the help line are very unpleasant. I'm now stuck with a $110 paperweight with no help from the company.

    My company purchases multiple units per location. Purchased the item to hook up two monitors. Has two monitor ports. Purchased cables and could only setup one monitor. I called customer support, no answer. I emailed the company 4 times before giving up due to no response.

      The USB-C Triple Display Docking Station will require DisplayPort Alt Mode and USB Power Delivery 2.0 or 3.0 support from a computers USB-C port. Please refer to the manufacturer of your hardware for more information on your device. The Dock supports 2x HDMI + VGA + DisplayPort video ports. We recommend using the same connections on both ends. Any conversion adapters or cables we can not guarantee functionality. Drivers are also required for the VGA, Mic, and stand alone HDMI port.     Don't throw away your money. Mine stopped functioning after 90 days! I never could figure the actual cause. After I tried connecting it to a monitor using the vga port, it stopped functioning without warning. Replacing my driver did not solve the issue.

    Triple display requires serial port or adapter to usb-c. Also it does not provide a good throughput on charging. Constantly receiving error message that there is not a steady charge. Item is over prices for these types of issues.

    Bought this because it was recommended for use with my MacBook, but only 1 non-mirrored video output is supported. Ethernet port also does not work with Catalina. Look elsewhere if you need a dock for your MacBook.

    Great in theory, but there must be a shortage

    This is great to connect my monitor to my MacBook; yet there must be a shortage because my screen randomly goes black and then comes back. I wish I had kept the box, because I would have returned it.

    Item has stopped support 2 monitors via the HDMI ports....1 port seems to have failed. Hoping I can get a refund or exchange but this occurred right before going on vacation and upon return I'm outside 30 days of purchase.

    This is now an expensive dock for my MacBook Pro. It can't handle having all 3 ISB ports being used at the same time. Makes it worthless. Won't even charge my MacBook Pro when I plug the power cord in through it any longer. Not recommended at all.
