Posted .The USB-C Triple Display Docking Station requires a computer to support DisplayPort Alt Mode for video out via HDMI or DP video ports (Both ports cannot be used at the same time). Without those features, the HDMI or DP will not work. The VGA and stand alone HDMI ports require an installation of a driver for proper functionality. Drivers are available on j5create website under the "Support" tab > "Downloads/Drivers". If you're needing more power than that, there is a version of this device sold at Best Buy that comes with the power adapter included, or it can be purchased separately, also available at Best Buy. Waste of Money

It definitely was not worth the money and I wish I had returned it. For some reason my wireless mouse and keyboard (Logitech) will just stop working when plugged into the docking station. I had owned a smaller J5create that worked wonderfully, but this one is a dude. Stay away!

Hdmi port not working

I tried to troubleshoot, changed the hdmi cable, tried to connect with other working screen but keep on saying no hdmi signal. Very disappointing.

Posted .If it's the HDMI port under the word "OR", please make sure your computer is up to date, such as Bios, drivers, software etc. That HDMI port is PnP and works off your computers hardware. So, I tried to exchange it but the return policy was only for 14 days. So now I am out $100 for a multiple port piece of junk. But I also have a new monitor $200 that I cannot use. So there -5 stars.

Item doesn’t work

The item isn’t modular like the Lenovo dock stations. I wouldn’t recommend for this product to anyone that needs to connect extra monitors to their laptop.

The JCD543 can be connect to up to three displays by 2 HDMI ports and 1 VGA port or 1 HDMI port, 1 VGA port, and a Display Port. The docking station also has three USB-A ports, an audio jack, a USB-C data port, a USB-C pass through charging port, an Ethernet port, and a standard and micro SD card reader. If you are looking for a device with more HDMI ports I would recommend the JCA366:

Second HDMI port does not work

The Type C works but the third display port does not work. I can got an image on my second screen, but could never get the third HDMI or VGA port to work attached to my HP Envy laptop.

No power supply

Looking for Multiple 4k, this is not for you...

Even after calling the company, they were not able to help. Does not support multiple monitors above 1080P at the same time. I have two UltraWides and it would not support both of them at the same time.

on Day one one of hdmi ports stop working.

It duplicate the 2 hdmi on another laptop even though the laptop detected only the laptops monitor and one other. The almost all ports stop work. J5 support was horrible. They are sending me a replacement. Let's see how it goes
