    Have to continually unplug/replug the lightning adapter to my computer/laptop and tablet (Surface) as the add-on external screens continually freeze and the only way to correct is to unplug/replug this adapter. Sales guy raved about this station, not worth the $100 I spent on it

    failed in five months. Warranty is a joke, people on the help line are very unpleasant. I'm now stuck with a $110 paperweight with no help from the company.

    My company purchases multiple units per location. Purchased the item to hook up two monitors. Has two monitor ports. Purchased cables and could only setup one monitor. I called customer support, no answer. I emailed the company 4 times before giving up due to no response.

    overpriced and don't work with older monitors on the P port. Would have returned if I would have realized it in the return window.

      The USB-C Triple Display Docking Station will require DisplayPort Alt Mode and USB Power Delivery 2.0 or 3.0 support from a computers USB-C port. Please refer to the manufacturer of your hardware for more information on your device. The Dock supports 2x HDMI + VGA + DisplayPort video ports. We recommend using the same connections on both ends. Any conversion adapters or cables we can not guarantee functionality. Drivers are also required for the VGA, Mic, and stand alone HDMI port.     Don't throw away your money. Mine stopped functioning after 90 days! I never could figure the actual cause. After I tried connecting it to a monitor using the vga port, it stopped functioning without warning. Replacing my driver did not solve the issue.

In the case where the docking station stops working, we strongly recommend contacting technical support printed on the packaging to speak with a rep and they will troubleshoot to determine whether or not the device is defective. In the case where the j5create device is deemed defective, our products are covered under a 2 year manufacturer's warranty and will be glad to exchange it for you if necessary.     Triple display requires serial port or adapter to usb-c. Also it does not provide a good throughput on charging. Constantly receiving error message that there is not a steady charge. Item is over prices for these types of issues.

    Bought this because it was recommended for use with my MacBook, but only 1 non-mirrored video output is supported. Ethernet port also does not work with Catalina. Look elsewhere if you need a dock for your MacBook.

    Great in theory, but there must be a shortage

    This is great to connect my monitor to my MacBook; yet there must be a shortage because my screen randomly goes black and then comes back. I wish I had kept the box, because I would have returned it.

    Item has stopped support 2 monitors via the HDMI ports....1 port seems to have failed. Hoping I can get a refund or exchange but this occurred right before going on vacation and upon return I'm outside 30 days of purchase.

    This is now an expensive dock for my MacBook Pro. It can't handle having all 3 ISB ports being used at the same time. Makes it worthless. Won't even charge my MacBook Pro when I plug the power cord in through it any longer. Not recommended at all.

    Looks better than it works! One of the HDMI ports simply stopped working just outside the expiration of the return period. Bought this just before Christmas, stopped working just after Valentines day.

    don't waste your time and money. When computer goes into sleep mode, you have to unplug monitor cable and plug it back in again. Returning this devise as soon as a replace with another. USB-C cord is too short as well. Very disappointed

Regarding your monitor(s) going to sleep and requiring a disconnect, reconnect to obtain functionality, there are settings that can be adjusted in order to troubleshoot this. It can be sleep settings within the monitor itself, or computer. In situations like this we recommend contacting the support team printed on the casing to speak with an agent and they will be glad to assist you. In the case where the JCD543 is deemed to be defective, an exchange will be offered.

      The USB-C Triple Display Docking Station requires that a computer supports DisplayPort Alt Mode to transmit audio and video signals via HDMI or DP port. Please check to see if there are any available updates for your computer by visiting the Manufacture (of your computer) Support page. Being behind on updates could cause the j5 device to not function as intended. The VGA and stand alone HDMI port will require an installation of a driver for functionality.     2nd monitor is offset, the right side of the 2nd monitor is on the left side of the 2nd monitor. This is not all the time, it will be ok and then mess up

    Bought this docking station Oct 30, 2021. For a month now, i have to unplug the Ethernet cable, plug it again and i will have internet connection for about 30 seconds. Pure junk.
