It worked the first day but in the second day the second hdmi port went out. I had purchased 2 of these and both had the same issue.

Please refer to the manufacturer of your hardware for more information on your device. As well as an installation of a driver for the VGA, Mic and stand alone HDMI port for functionality.

Please contact the Manufacture (of your computer) Support to have them check if there are any available updates and have them assist you in properly updating your computer. Malfunction

Posted .Please check for any updates that you may have for your computer. Being behind on updates could cause the j5 device to not function as intended and in order to rule everything out we recommend contacting the Manufacture (of your computer) Support in order to have them assist you in properly updating your computer. The HDMI under the word "OR" is a PnP port and requires a computer to be updated on all available updates needed. The stand alone HDMI requires a driver. You can try uninstalling and reinstallation the driver or test with another HDMI cable if possible. ** If you require further assistance; please contact the j5create Technical Support team and they will be glad to further assist if necessary. can't handle more than 3 ports! bad quality

Posted .The model JCD543P comes with a power adapter, not the JCD543. JUP2290 will be the power adapter that goes with the Dock. Computer's must support DisplayPort Mode and Power Delivery through it's USB-C port. The Dock also requires a driver. Depending on the OS you have, different instructions apply.
