Posted .If possible, you can try to change your Power Option settings. Balanced (Recommended) conserves power whenever you are idle, and use more power only when you need faster performance. Horrible quality!

Connecting the Triple Display Docking Station and getting the full functionality from the device requires driver installations and a specific hardware feature called Display Port Alternate Mode on your USB-C port. Dont buy

Sharing screen with two monitors didn't work

Posted .The USB-C Triple Display Docking Station requires that a computer supports DisplayPort Alt Mode to transmit audio and video signals and USB Power Delivery 2.0 or 3.0 to allow pass-through charge. Please refer to the manufacturer of your hardware for more information on your device. A driver is also required for the VGA, Mic and stand alone HDMI port for functionality. Drivers are available on j5create website under the "Support" tab.

Never got it to work properly

Posted .Hello RickMcD61, The JCD543 having two HDMI ports would have different requirements for proper functionality. Depending on which HDMI port is not working, we will be able to offer solutions in order to either get it working or make a recommendation for a different device that will allow you to use two HDMI monitors with your setup. Failed after 9 days
