    Plugged everything in to it and couldn’t find the power cord. Read the box and said power plug not included. Useless

      Hello there, the JCD543 is considered a PnP and driver base device but requires a feature called "DisplayPort Alt. Mode and "Power Delivery" embedded to the computer to support PnP devices since the HDMI or DP including the Type-C ports are PnP.     2nd HDMI connector keeps glitching. connected my two monitors and the 2nd one keeps cutting off

      Please make sure your computer is up to date. Being behind on updates could cause the j5 device to not function as intended. Once update is completed and computer restarted, uninstall and reinstall the drivers for JCD543.       We recommend using HDMI to HDMI, DP to DP or VGA to VGA cables, no other conversions or adapters. We cannot guarantee compatibility. Models such as the JCD383 for example, is a smaller build with vast capacities to include SD card reading, USB ports, Ethernet and more.       The JCD543P comes with a power adapter, the JCD543 does not. The dock is powered by a computer via USB-C. The power adapter provides additional power to the USB ports and pass-through charge to a computer. You can use your own USB-C power-brick (65W or higher) if that connection came with your computer or the JUP2290 is the adapter that goes with the JCD543. Please make sure your computer supports DisplayPort Alt Mode and Power Delivery over USB-C. Feel free to contact j5create Technical Support if you require further assistance.       Proper functionality entails downloading and installing a driver on a Windows or Mac platform. Depending on the OS you have, different instructions apply. The HDMI or DP video ports including the USB-C power-in port are Plug n Play and requires a computer to support "DP Alt Mode" and "PD" over USB.     Ended up returning the docking station. Was hoping this would replace my older USB docking station, but it worked on my new laptop, but on my work laptop, only 1 year old, it would not work. My older docking station had no problems.

      The USB-C Triple Display Docking Station requires an available USB-C port that supports DisplayPort Alt Mode and USB Power Delivery 2.0 or 3.0. It will also require an installation of a driver for the VGA, Mic and stand alone HDMI port. It's possible the work computer may not support DP Alt Mode and USB PD 2.0 or 3.0, where as your new computer does.
