(main cable neat fits inside). Doesnot come with USB 2.0 adapter. My computer did not have a USB - C port on my computer so I purchased the unit for its design but had to buy an adapter for USB to USB-C

Excellent docking station

I am running keyboard, mouse, monitor and external DVD reader/writer through the docking station with no problems. Only wish that it came with its own power source so that I could charge devices through it.

In regards to a power adapter, we have the JUP2290 which is specifically designed for the JCD543 and it outputs up to 100 watts for power; the JCD543 is able to handle up to 100 watts of power pass through charging itself. If you have an older laptop this will not work for your computer. I do like that it has various ports and I could have up to 3 monitors. Overall I am happy with this product.

Unfortunately the second HDMI cable doesn't provide the image to the monitor when plugged into the docking station, so I have to use the built-in HDMI port on my laptop. I would also like the USB-C cable inside the docking station to be of a little bit higher quality since it can be bent at particularly sharp angles to get it to navigate to the laptop and I fear that the rubber coating on the cable is liable to split after extended use. The docking station itself is of high quality and is surprisingly heavy with actual metal components. I don't regret my purchase, but I wouldn't be surprised if a little more research would have identified a superior alternative.

The Dock is considered both PnP and driver base. in order to use HDMI or DP ports (one or the other) it requires a feature from the computer called "DisplayPort Alt. Mode" for video output. The only problem I have with it is, only 1 of the HDMI outputs work at a time. If both worked, I would give it 5 stars

I have two TCL TVs with HDMI ports plugged into the back. The docking station does not recognize my blue yeti nano microphone, and only works on one of the monitors. Cannot find anything anywhere to help fix the problems. If the problems get fixed I will gladly give a five star review as I do like the size, portability, and hopefully ease-of-use

It sounds like there is an issue with the drivers causing this problem. The drivers are required for several of the ports to work, including the audio jack and one of the HDMI ports. Easy to use and easily portable. I can use to transfer my pictures with the SD slot. The MacBook only has 2 ports, so it makes life easier!

Just bought my 8th one - pretty awesome

I have moved my office to all new laptops that all have Thunderbolt ports. Then I use this docking station to connect all accessories. The docking station charges the laptop, runs 2 27" monitors, keyboard, and networking. One simple connection and you are done. I have looked at many docking stations, but this one has all the ports I need and works great. One recommendation is to buy a separate 65W USB C power connector for this docking station so that you have your laptop power connector available for travel use.
