Easy setup/connections, just wish the USB C cable that attaches to the laptop was a little longer (for when I need to move my laptop closer to me and open it.) I haven't unplugged it in a while because usually when I go to plug it back in, my laptop doesn't remember my setup and sometimes won't display properly but that is probably an issue with the laptop, not the docking station. I have 3 monitors, a printer and speaker system connected to it.

Compatible with my HP laptops but not my DELL laptop. Monitors no issues working and ethernet worked as well. Wireless mouse and keyboard worked as well.

I bought it at Bestbuy and after few months of use USB c port not working

I have an HP Omen 15 from like 2021/2-ish. I recently needed a docking station for it and happened to be at my local store looking at all of the different options. This one seemed to be the best one and nothing on the box stated that it would not be compatible with my device. It wasn't until I had gone through about an hour of setup, troubleshooting, and research that I found out that this item would not be compatible with my laptop. J5Create needs to be a lot more clear in their product descriptions, Quick Start guides, and website to show what devices will and won't be compatible with this item. So disappointed. I will have to return this item and I will not be trusting this brand until they clear up this issue. Shame on you J5.

This dock is good for any Intel based system. Will not work with the new M1 Macs at the moment.

This seems like a good product however it did not work for my home office set up

It does an exceptional job on one of my three MacBook Pros. I tried on one to no avail, then a second where it performed as expected, and finally on a third where it failed.I run MacBooks in three different rooms. I wanted to try this out before buying two additional docking stations. I did not buy more of these.

This station is exactly what I needed! I purchased another one a few months ago that worked fine till one of my monitors displayed a pink background, the dual adaptors I purchased didn’t work either. I took a chance with this one. I did have to download drivers for it to work with my MacBook though.

This works great that I can use multiple monitors for an expended desktop. This definitely helps with running multiple programs and have files open and visible all at the same time. This also gives me extra USB ports.

I ended up tacking it back. I wanted more simple and a different configuration. Good product though.

I bought this for a new MacBook M1 Pro. I w aged to use 2 monitors. It would go work and then stop supporting both monitors. I determined the driver for the product was not updated for the M1Pro chip so I returned it. It’s probably a decent device, just needs to be updated for the newest systems to work properly.

We bought this docking station based on a Best Buy associate’s recommendation. We’re really happy with it. The only hesitation we have is that we don’t know if it’s the docking station or if something is defective in our new laptop because the USB port the docking station was connected into became defective and is not recognizing at of the connections after almost a month’s worth of use. We’ve exchanged the docking station for a new one exactly the same. Time will tell.

Best Buy- Why are you still carrying and promoting J5 products when they don't work???? I've spent $200 the last month on multiple J5 docks for my 2019 Macbook Pro at the suggestion of your in-store sales people. NONE of them work properly with Big Sur. Call J5 support and they tell you they'll put you on a mailing list for when their developers get around to it. Called them this morning and their response is "roll back to Catalina and it will work". If you're going to continue selling product that doesn't work as promised at least put a disclaimer on it stating "does not work with current operating platforms". Stop wasting your customer's time and money selling product that doesn't work as advertised. Third trip to the store and multiple support phone calls with Total Tech support and I just ended up buying two Type C to HDMI connectors so I have something reliable. I'm not asking for out-of-the-box solutions. I just want to connect 2 monitors to a Mac....

So many ports a works well for working from home, doesn't hog desk space.

I bought this expansion port with a Lenovo Yoga. It makes additional monitors or devices so easy to connect. For newer thinner devices having limited connections built in, this really puts on the finishing touch.

This docking station is a big help on those days that I need to work remotely. One USB-C connection to my laptop and I can connect to keyboard, mouse, up to 3 monitors and network connection if you want a wired connection.

This gadget has every possible connection you might ever need. It's not cheap but totally worth it if you have multiple accessories plugged into your laptop and then take the computer home or to the office every day. Time and effort saver not having to unplug and re-plug all those accessories over and over.

This is a must have accessory when buying a Mac laptop. Only two USB-C ports on laptop. With this item you can connect your power source, HDMI for a monitor and other USB devices like remote mouse.

I purchased this docking station because I purchased a new laptop and needed a docking station with a lot of ports. I had to return this because it did not have enough HDMI ports and other important ports needed for cameras and other laptop. Did not get to use this because it was returned.
