Only drawback is would have liked the optional power supply version but currently backordered. Plan to upgrade in future.

Made for a laptop/ OK for PC

I had to purchase a second adapter, but once done then it worked as expected. A little overkill for a 3 monitor set up and next time will buy their other model.

One of my HDMI ports did not work so I had to switch to a VGA port. I also had to buy the power supply separate so do take that into consideration while buying.

Best substitute for HP Dock

We use HP Laptops at work and since the HP USB-C Dock G5 has been in backorder, the J5Create has been an excellent replacement. It's way cheaper than HP and will work with 3 monitors.

Bought this instead, and it fits the bill! This stays on my desk with my external monitor hooked up, and works great as a dock!

However, the USB-C Triple Display Docking Station requires a computer to support DisplayPort Alt Mode for video out via HDMI or DP port and USB Power Delivery 2.0 or 3.0. Please refer to the manufacturer of your hardware for more information on your device. The VGA and stand alone HDMI port requires an installation of a driver for functionality. Also you will lost some FPS when playing high video demand games.
