Not Mac Friendly

It does have multiple ports that come in clutch but there are other products that can do the same for way cheaper. There is a slight Mac compatibility issue.

Nifty, but has flaws...

This docking station has you covered on all fronts! Video works great, and I even noticed that the DVI out to my monitor was able to maintain 60FPS refresh rate. That said, one flaw i noticed is that my Samsung S20+ with USB C connection, does not charge when connected to the docking station. Funny enough, it will load/be recognized as a device, but it will not charge over the USB C connection. I've only had it about a week, but hoping the company addresses this issue. I'd give it a 3.5 out of 5, especially since it was almost $100 for the device. I may consider returning it if I can not resolve the charging issue.

Not enough voltage for Dell

No fussing with brand docks and the positioning. You may need a second power supply for your laptop if you want one connected to this permanently and one to take out with you. Overall, works great.

If you have and want to use an installed upper end card; want do it. Besides that great and compact. Although I plan to take it back, doesn’t meet my expectation.

Posted .The Dock in considered a PnP and driver base. The HDMI or DP can be used one or the other as it is a PnP. The HDMI and VGA requires a driver. One of the HDMI ports do not work. I cannot return it right now because this is a vital piece of equipment that we need to be successful at our public service careers. Also when purchasing this docking station, I did not know that I needed a charger. I found out that I needed one by looking up YouTube videos. Overall, its a great product even though with it's defective HDMI port. I have bought two Samsung computer monitors in order to work efficiently with my work laptop.

Posted .One of the HDMI ports on the Dock requires that your computer supports DisplayPort Alt Mode for video out over USB-C, because it is a PnP (Plug n Play) port. The stand alone HDMI port requires an installation of a driver for proper functionality. Please make sure you have full admin rights to complete the installation process. A power brick will be used if you would like your computer to charge when it's connected to the USB-C power-in port on the Dock. However, your computer must also support Power Delivery for pass-through charge over USB-C. Without those features embedded into a computer, the Docking Station will not be completely compatible with your device. I do find that I sometimes have to unplug and plug the usb c back in the computer to get the monitors to recognize, but no big deal.
