My overall complaints is that when I first bought it, I was able to plug an ethernet cable to the hub and get a stable signal on my laptop, but now my signal is unstable, so I have to plug the ethernet cable into my laptop directly.

While it is not a plug-in play device, it has so far worked well with my HP laptop and I have had no issues.

One small problem with the HDMI ports. I sometimes need to move the HDMI cable between ports as the monitor freezes. I don't know if it's a problem with the docking station or my laptop.

However, after a month, one of the hdmi ports no longer works.
