Unfortunately, this freezes on a sporadic basis and you have to unplug it, wait a moment, then plug it back in and wait for the connection(s) to cycle back up. It can run fine for days and then suddenly freeze three or four times in a single day. Which is what brought me out to help make others aware of the potential issue. I do really like all the ports, though.

Posted .Sporadically freezing can be rare with the JCD543 and in such situations, we recommend contacting the technical support team printed on the casing to speak with a specialist. They will diagnose, troubleshoot and offer a working solution. We apologize for the troubles you experienced and hope we can still turn things around.

I use this on my desk to help organize cords with a KVM switch. I have two laptops (work & personal) and two monitors. This has helped with my cord management.

I tried to charge my Fitbit and cell at the same time and was unable to. Not enough power was listed as the cause. Very dissapointing.
