Posted .The USB-C Triple Display Docking Station does support 2 displays at 1920 x 1080 resolution. The problem may have to do with the supported resolutions of the monitor, your computer, or a setting may have to be changed. Good docking station for MacBook Pro

I really want to love this...

It does all the things it says it will do ...... plus one more. It runs all the things I need to, but now and then (about once per day) the external monitor locks up and I have to unplug the docking station from the laptop for 10 seconds and plug it back in. Also, every once in a while, it will fail to pass power to my laptop for charging. It is very frustration, but I'l sort of learned to put up with it. I will probably look to replace it soon.

Docking Station Caution

I bought this to use with a new MacBookAir. First issue is needing to download software to use it. When I went to the website, a 'pop up' warning said this will not work on Apple iOS Big Sur which is the OS I have. This should have been listed on the box. The USB Type-C connecting cable is not convenient to use depending on desk space to connect other inputs.
