The problem may have to do with the supported resolutions of the monitor, your computer, or a setting may have to be changed. Had it for awhile and only issue is that sometimes the monitor just randomly won’t work. Have to unplug everything and plug back in to get it to work.

However, the cord to plug the dock into the computer is very short. It can plug in from either end, however it is too short for my desk using either end. I wish it was a little longer.
