Doesn’t support two external monitors for Citrix

I connect this to MacBook Pro and access my office system with Citrix receiver. After the macOS 11 upgrade it’s not supporting two external monitors when using Citrix. However when not using Citrix it supports two external monitors. Needs a bit of work from j5. On top of that it needs the drivers to be installed on MacBook Pro.

I get cords for using anything plug into it, but it comes with nothing to actually plug it into the wall to turn it on.

Don’t buy it if you have a new computer.

My computer with a Snapdragon X Elite processor and this dock will not work with it. I called the manufacturer and they told me my computer is too advanced for their dock designed in 2017. J5 Create sells outdated and antiquated junk.

Unlike Intel and AMD chips, ARM-based Windows devices often have limited driver support for accessories like docking stations.
The JCD543 relies on MCT technology for multiple displays, but Snapdragon devices may not fully support MCT drivers yet.
Ensure your Snapdragon laptop supports DisplayPort Alt Mode through USB-C (some ARM devices don’t)

However, the cord to plug the dock into the computer is very short. It can plug in from either end, however it is too short for my desk using either end. I wish it was a little longer.

First, It doesn't come with a power supply, but gets its power from the USB-C port of the laptop. You can apparently get one with a power supply (somewhere?) but you can't buy the power supply separately. Nevertheless, it "works" without a separate power supply. The first problem was that one of the monitor ports didn't work. There is a VGA, HDMI, and a "HDMI or DisplayPort" port. The latter has two physical ports but seems you can only plug into one of them.. Seems flexible, but the "HDMI or DisplayPort" port didn't work at all. No matter what, I couldn't get a monitor plugged into either of those to work. So I had a two-port docking station in essence.. HDMI and VGA. No deal breaker at the time, I would contact support to try to get it replaced. But.. then it would start freezing the displays. Mouse would move fine on the laptop screen so the laptop wasn't frozen, but the display outputs on the monitors never changed. That was the deal breaker. I decided to return it and I found a Dell docking station for just a few dollars more (and with a power supply) and it worked right out of the box.

We actually do sell the power cord separately over at Best Buy as well as the version of this device that comes with it.

Display Resolution Issue

The problem may have to do with the supported resolutions of the monitor, your computer, or a setting may have to be changed.
