East plug and play hub as long as your device supports it. Works as expected and would buy again.

I bought this to work with my Acer Nitro laptop so I can use dual monitors for work. I've downloaded the suggested drivers and my computer always gives me the "unknown USB device" error. I'll be contacting j5create for a solution. On the bright side, all the ports work great! I can now run both my monitors in HD mode. No issues with anything else at this time.

I have to unhook my laptop to turn it on, then hook it back up. It is nice to have the printer and 2nd monitor hooked up to it, but I almost sent it back due to how difficult it is to turn laptop on.

Need a portable docking station which could be used without power. Found this on best buy. It is worth every dollar. It is solid build.

This is exactly what I needed. I had a small one that got ripped out of the laptop, this is much better.

Unit works great, wish it didn’t require drivers for MacOS. I had to jigger around a bit. Now all is good.

This device is shaped like a wedge with a rubbery top, so it's natural to lie your laptop on it, however it overheats, which makes my already temperature-sensitive tiny laptop not an option to lie on top of this. Also, this station thingy requires drivers to work, which I was lucky my company had whitelisted before, otherwise it would be useless. After a couple of months of use, Display Port started to flicker, as if cable was disconnected and connected again, screen going blank for a few seconds at a time, more and more often. I tried replacing display port cable, swapped from my desktop pc cable, and that didn't resolve the issue, nor restarting, not even using hdmi cable instead. Replaced entirely for much cheaper dongle bought somewhere else, that doesn't require drivers, and works flawlessly. Extremely overpriced. Terribly disappointed.

Super dock for my MacBook and the setup provides all ports for my work from home office. Solid!

I purchased this at the recommendation of the Best Buy Salesman in Oakdale with my new Lenovo laptop on 10-2-22. It started messing up my keyboard and mouse. I moved them to the port on the PC problem fixed. Them my laptop could not run more than 24 hours without the blue screen of death. So I thought that maybe the Lenovo 60 watt power supply was lacking. So I purchased a j5creat 100wat supply. Still blue screens everyday. I have made sure all the drivers are up to date on everything. I unplugged the dock from the laptop and all of the issues I was having cleared up. The audio ,mouse, keyboard and blue screen failures. Now I can't take the dang thing back because it took so long to troubleshoot. It might make a good door wedge.

My laptop like most these days is not equipped with an rj-45 plug to connect to an internet router. And I needed to issue a command from my computer to reset my router so the best solution to my problem was this docking station. Now that I have it I use a lot to free up the plugs in my laptop. I plug most accessories into the docking station then only plug one thing into the computer. I've wanted one for a while but couldn't justify it till now.

Works right out of the box. Price is very reasonable. Nothing to complaint and very happy so far.
