It serves a purpose but you cant connect 2 monitors directly to the docking station. One has to be connected directly to your laptop and the other to the docking station when using HDMI. Go with the lenovo brand. It is way better. But it does work.....

Very useful for plugging monitors and other external tools.

This product works very well with the Surface Laptop 3 to hook up a extra monitor as well as other plug in devices.

It should come with power adapter. I had to buy separately.

This device is shaped like a wedge with a rubbery top, so it's natural to lie your laptop on it, however it overheats, which makes my already temperature-sensitive tiny laptop not an option to lie on top of this. Also, this station thingy requires drivers to work, which I was lucky my company had whitelisted before, otherwise it would be useless. After a couple of months of use, Display Port started to flicker, as if cable was disconnected and connected again, screen going blank for a few seconds at a time, more and more often. I tried replacing display port cable, swapped from my desktop pc cable, and that didn't resolve the issue, nor restarting, not even using hdmi cable instead. Replaced entirely for much cheaper dongle bought somewhere else, that doesn't require drivers, and works flawlessly. Extremely overpriced. Terribly disappointed.

This thing is great. Supports multiple video outputs at the same time and gives you plenty of additional ports.

Allows for easy multi monitor working from home while using a laptop. Set up simple and quick with minimal space occupied on desk.

Works great but connecting cord is too short to the system.

I have to unhook my laptop to turn it on, then hook it back up. It is nice to have the printer and 2nd monitor hooked up to it, but I almost sent it back due to how difficult it is to turn laptop on.

Works as expected. It's a charger, it charges. I've been watching to see if it'll do any other tricks, but sadly nothing so far.

This allows me to plug in a monitor, mouse, keyboard, yet with only unplugging one cord, I’m mobile!!

This is fast an easy to use for running multiple monitors with a Macbook Pro. I had it up and running five minutes out of the box!

I purchased this at the recommendation of the Best Buy Salesman in Oakdale with my new Lenovo laptop on 10-2-22. It started messing up my keyboard and mouse. I moved them to the port on the PC problem fixed. Them my laptop could not run more than 24 hours without the blue screen of death. So I thought that maybe the Lenovo 60 watt power supply was lacking. So I purchased a j5creat 100wat supply. Still blue screens everyday. I have made sure all the drivers are up to date on everything. I unplugged the dock from the laptop and all of the issues I was having cleared up. The audio ,mouse, keyboard and blue screen failures. Now I can't take the dang thing back because it took so long to troubleshoot. It might make a good door wedge.

I connected two monitors to the docking station. Not long after purchasing, the second monitor refused to work (HDMI). The monitor works fine connected directly to the laptop, so it's not the monitor. Switched to VGA which worked briefly, then stopped working. Plugging/unplugging, etc, sometimes works, sometimes not. Not happy with this device. At least one extra monitor works.

Nice design. Conserves space on cluttered desks. Only wish is that there were some USB ports on the front, but no complaints.

Great dock. Works perfectly for my MacBook Pro, monitor, keyboard, and mouse. Easy to use and setup.
