I purchased this USB Triple docking station because I needed more ports. It works good. I like all the options.

I love this product. Now i can use both laptops at once!

The docking station functions well. Able to route data from laptop and two monitors thru it without issue. Easy set up and no issues over the past month. Have not tried three monitors.

Extra plug ins saved the day for my monitors and laptop

I gave this item 4 stars because the HDMI jack does not pass the sound with the video signal to my speaker-equipped primary monitor. I now have the primary monitor's HDMI cable plugged into the laptop's HDMI jack for the sound to work. To be fair, I will soon buy and test a dedicated audio cable to send the sound to the monitor. I love being able to quickly unplug 1 (temporarily 2) cables and take my laptop with me. Jay

The j5Create Triple Display Docking Station is the first docking station I have used at home. I love how little space it covers on my desk while delivering everything I need.

Exactly what I needed to connect everything! Love that the cord to connect my laptop is also hidden so it’s not easily tangled up!

Lots of options for numerous peripherals. Also props up the back edge of the computer to provide increased airflow under the computer. My only complaint is that the salesperson did not explain to me that there are two versions of this unit: one with a power adaptor, and one without. He sold me the one without the power adaptor, which leaves me wondering if I'll ever run into issues of insufficient power at some point in the future. If you don't have overwhelming power needs, I'd say this is a good unit to buy.

Worked perfect for my laptop from first connection. Have had one time where it struggled to connect but a power cycle solved it.

It's a docking station. I run 2 monitors, card reader, headset, keyboard and mouse and everything has a spot.

Pretty much works as expected. Plenty of ports and power pass through up to 100 watts. The flip up lid is nice to conceal the cord a little more. Couple of weeks and it's powering my dual 4K monitors, bluetooth adapter for keyboard and mouse, and external hard drive just fine, all from the power supplied from the usb-c port of my laptop.

This product has been working very well. If you need to charge your laptop, while plugging in to this docking station, do not purchase this one. It does not charge your laptop.

Very easy to set up, only had to download the drivers to allow it to work with my laptop. Straight forward. I thought I had issues with it but it turns out that it was most likely incompatibilities with a Lenovo X1 Carbon as the next dock I received was Lenovo branded and I still had the same issue. I'm docking off a star due to there not being an inclusion of a power supply. There is a version of this dock that does include the power supply but you cannot find that in stores which is unfortunately. But what this means is, everything will have to be powered by your current power supply and in my case was not enough to power all my devices enough.

Product provided the extra ports needed to accommodate additional peripheral equipment. Simple to install and begin using. Some may consider its price a bit high, but, for me, "need" trumped cost.

For the average user: The product works as expected. It takes your laptop display and allows up to 3 connections. Item to note before purchasing: to get up to 3 monitors, ensure you have either an HDMI OR DisplayPort, an HDMI, and a VGA monitor. Due to the limitations of USB-C, you can only have up to 2 digital signals. All-in-all, a great addition to a mobile home office where you want one device to take with you and to sit down with. I would enjoy it if it weren't for a few things... FOR MOBILE GAMERS: Beware this adapter does not use your laptop's GPU. The monitors are also capped at 30Hz so there is noticeable tearing. A few annoyances: May just be my unit and my setup, but the colors and quality just isn't there. I can see noticeable blurring on regular text that would otherwise not be obstructed. One of the USB ports on the back of my model does not supply enough power for all three ports to be used. This may be because I am not using the USB-C In port due to the fact that my laptop does not support USB-C for charging. Conclusion: For me, this will, unfortunately, be going back. This has nothing to do with the product itself or the quality of the build. It it only because of the previous two items that I mentioned. For my application, this device is limited due to the technology not good enough. The price is a deal for what it is actually doing, which is a lot. It is easy to use as long as you follow the manual. My setup for reference: 2 Omen 27i Monitors both HDMI Razer Blade 15 late 2019

Its amazing how technology has evolved over time. My first docking station was bulky. I was impressed with this docking station. Its light and doesnt occupy a lot of space on my work desk. It has enough ports where i can mount more than two monitors. I highly recommend it

Great value. Not perfect and documentation is sketchy, but it works as well or better than name brand ones that I've had that cost $100 more.

A great product but they did not tell me it needed a power supply, so I had to make a trip back. And when I got there the power supplies were not displayed close to the docking stations. Never would have found it on my own. Merchandising opportunity. You can connect anything with this.

I really wanted to give this a 5 star rating. It has EVERYTHING I want and need out of a docking station and more. A variety of ports, lightweight, sleek and to support 3 screens! So where’s that missing star? Well, for some reason, it tends to intermittently freeze. By that I mean, the mouse cursor and everything just locks up on one of the screens. At first I thought it was my laptop, but then I tried it on my wife’s laptop and behold, the same glitch. Other than that, this thing is highly versatile. You can even modify which side the USB-c connection comes out of which is handy for my Dell laptop (USB-C connects on the left) and my wife’s HP laptop (connects on the right).
