Good for PC, Not So Much For Mac.

When used on Mac it woefully inadequate and refused to work for any longer than 30 minutes at a go.

Awesome little dock

Worth the money for the 100 watt passthrough. Had to call customer support because I had the wrong driver, they were quick and courteous and solved my issue within minutes.

Nice dock that sits underyour laptop

Getting the video to work on two monitors took some trial and error but we finally got it worksing.

Called Geek squad and unable to help me. Called tech support on J5create and unable to help me. Was going to give up, but tried it on older HP Spectre laptop and looks like it will work- issue is the power cord. Still not exactly what I wanted, was looking for for a locking/docking station but does not look like they make them anymore. Directions also almost non existent.

Posted .The USB-C Triple Display Docking Station requires that the HP 360 Envy supports an available USB-C port with DisplayPort Alt Mode and USB Power Delivery 2.0 or 3.0 features. Please refer to the manufacturer of your hardware for more information on your device. The Dock will also require an installation of a driver for the VGA, Mic and stand alone HDMI port for proper functionality.
Great Little Docking Station

It has quite a few ports but could use 2 or 3 more USB for the number of devices out there today. I work in computers and I can't seem to get the second HDMI port to work. It's probably just a driver issue but I quit trying after 30 mins of fiddling with it.

I had two LCD screens and the screens would freeze once a day. I had to unplug the laptop from the docking station and plug it back in to get the screens back. Upgraded to LED screens and haven't had any issues since.

BestBuy was open and had better choices and prices. Purchased the top of the line adapter and I’m glad I did!
