We have used this camera twice so far to video chat with family during the pandemic. The first time it was just with one other household, but the second time was with three others. There was no delay in either picture or sound, and the quality of both is really good for the price. Easy and quick to set up. Planning to buy another one for a family member!

Definitely an upgrade from my old Logitech webcam. Good picture, great for streaming. Giving it -1 star because although it is HD I feel it could be a little bit better in quality. Overall it does what it’s supposed to do and the fact you can change the angle on it is a plus!

A good product, and price point. Works with a Mac, however, does not always connect automatically when using MS Teams.

Good adjustable webcam with clear picture. Would like additional/ different grips, as it is pretty much just sitting on top of the monitor.

I love this webcam. It works wonderfully for Zoom sessions and is quick and easy to install and uninstall. I purchased it to use with my laptop while working from home. I’m using the kitchen table so my laptop must be moved frequently and I’ve had no problems setting up and taking down this camera as the need arises. I would definitely recommend it.

The picture is extremely clear and has a wide range. Microphone works amazing, even at 8 feet away which helps when we have family zoom calls. The lighting is okay, it doesn't change brightness, so if you are kinda in the dark, it's hard to see with it. It holds up well on my computer.

Unfortunately I forgot the name of the sales person. He did an excellent job. I had no Idea the type or cost of the cameras I needed for my office. He asked all the right questions and picked out the cameras I should have. He could not have been better. a credit to Best Buy and his store. I could not be happier with the results.

Nice and convenient—— some issues with the connection at times but overall worth it when conducting classes or anything where views of large areas need to be viewed. I teach and take exercise courses and need to have full length of living room/ studio in view

This camera lasted me about a year. Purchased back in February 2022. It is now June and have had camera problems for a couple of months now. I would not mind them as camera requirements at school were lenient. However, now taking an online class that needs camera on full time without shutting off at the slightest touch of the wire or USB during an exam. Not only will the camera shut off, but at times it would also mess with my audio which I found confusing. Anyway, I just don't recommend this one for long term use.

with all the fallout with locating any webcams with internal microphones, I was lucky enough to purchase the J5Create HD webcam. Easy installation via USB, and support from the company for any issues, which I never experienced. Many have comment the clarity of the webcam, which is what I was looking for in a webcam. However, many said they could not hear me very well through the internal microphone. nevertheless, I feel this is a great buy.

Great Webcam for the price. The 360 rotation is a plus.

Mic and picture are good, plug and play for setup. Good value

Camera works great for work meetings. The microphone does pick up the sound if you have speakers, so I just end up using headphones for both audio and mic and disable the cameras microphone.
