Unfortunately that is not the case. One can turn the camera manually and rotate it that way. Besides, the picture that I get on my screen is straight on one side and skewed on the other. The image is mirrored (backwards) and I cannot find out how to change it. The website for the manufacturer does not provide any assistance. Too bad!

If there are other uses, I don't know them yet; anxious to explore. I think a camera should be standard with all computers. But I'm very happy to have it.

Fishbowl lens

The image is sharper than the laptop cam and it handles lighting better but the optics are not good. The room I sit in has a fishbowl look, lines are distorted and curve out away from the center. It just looks weird.

Nice picture but....

My only problem is that to line up my laptop monitor to get my face in the center, I had to tip the screen towards me making it difficult to read my screen. The 360 swivel is a great feature, but it would have been even more useful for it to raise and lower as well. I'm going to have to clip it to something else to get the right angle. Otherwise, I would recoommend.
